🚨 Important Update for State Farm Policyholders 🚨

Make sure all drivers are listed on your Auto policy!

A driver must be listed if they use your vehicle:

🔻 Once or more in a typical month
🔻 At least three months out of the year
🔻 Any business owner or employee who drives the vehicle in any capacity
🔻 Any of your children who drive

You don’t want a claim denied because of an unlisted or “hidden” driver.
This is a major update to previous permissive use guidelines.

When temperatures drop, make sure your property is ready!

A few tips that are especially helpful during prolonged freezes:

• Open cabinet doors under sinks to allow warm air to circulate around the plumbing
• Keep heat set to a consistent temperature (typically 55-65°F)
• Close crawlspace vents to prevent cold air from reaching pipes beneath the structure
• Disconnect garden hoses and cover outdoor spigots
• When letting faucets drip, run both hot & cold water
• Identify where your water shut off location is before the weather hits!
