We now finance single wides on a permanent foundation, and we are also now doing physician loans up to 100% LTV.
In case you didn’t know we have just about every product you need! I’m currently doing a bridge loan for someone to purchase a new house non contingent. I’m also currently doing a DSCR loan for an investor wanting to purchase in his LLC with no income docs required. We have no minimum credit on conventional and FHA with a large down payment on each. We also do RD loans down to 580 on credit.
