seeking an Education Retirement Specialist to join my team! You will deliver personalized investment solutions to help clients work toward their long-term financial goals. In this role (which can be either full- or part-time), you will help clients with their financial planning, including life insurance, estate planning, and college funding. Although you will be an independent agent, you will have a supportive team focused on propelling you to success.
Position Description:
Fully commission-based; potential earnings for entry-level Education Retirement Specialists: $12,000 – 50,000 per year (Part-Time); $50,000 – 100,000 per year (Full-Time)

Responsibilities:
Advise clients on investment strategies and other financial decisions
Assess clients' assets, liabilities, and overall financial conditions
Prepare presentations that recommend various financial products
Review and communicate portfolio performances to clients
Use the appropriate web-based technologies (e.g., Zoom) to facilitate benefits education meetings with clients about their benefits and retirement options
Network and build relationships with new and existing client base
Manage relationships with strategic partners and vendors
Manage communication between clients and internal teams to support existing processes
Maintain good customer service relationships with both internal and external customers by responding promptly and professionally to customer concerns, needs, and expectations
Participate in regularly scheduled training calls
Navigate the multi-business platform
Reach out to the provided back-office team for support and assistance as needed
Required/Preferred Qualifications and Qualities:
High school diploma or GED required
Insurance license preferred; if not licensed, must be ready to study for and get the required insurance licensure
No felony convictions
Access to a laptop, smartphone, or tablet, and a reliable Internet connection
Previous experience in banking, financing, or other related fields
Familiarity with investment products and services
Ability to build rapport with clients
Self-motivated, self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
Time-management and organizational skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Coachable and willing to learn and show mastery of concepts related to the financial industry and its products
Enthusiastic about helping individuals, businesses, and families build financial security
