ALERT to ALL Medicare Advantage enrollees. If you are enrolled in a Medicare Advantage plan in 2026 and you want access to Mayo Clinic in Rochester, you will have to be on a BCBS or Medica Advantage plan. Mayo Clinic Rochester WILL NOT treat anyone on a Medicare Advantage plan if they are NOT in the network.

Neither the clinic nor insurers explained the changes for 2026, which come as seniors are facing higher premiums and finding fewer choices.

UCARE TERMINATES MEDICARE ADVANTAGE PLANS FOR 2026 AND LAYS OFF MORE THAN 140

UNFORTUNATELY, we received some bad news about UCare terminating ALL their Medicare Advantage plans for 2026. Many of us brokers and customers are very disappointed as they have always been a great insurance carrier to work with.

The insurer, which provided at least 158,000 of the plans this year, said the move is necessary as it looks to maintain financial stability.
