Meet Elsie!
Elsie joined our team in August 2025 after more than 26 years as an educator. Fluent in Spanish, Elsie is passionate about removing language barriers and helping customers feel comfortable and confident understanding their coverage. With a bachelor’s degree in English Education from Colorado State University and a master’s degree in Educational Leadership from Adams State University, Elsie demonstrates a love of learning, strong communication skills, and a genuine passion for helping people. She is licensed in Property & Casualty and Life & Health in Colorado and Kansas. Elsie grew up in San Luis, Colorado. Outside the office, she enjoys spending time with her husband and daughters, reading, writing, working out, and traveling.

Tracey joined our State Farm team in April 2026, bringing with her 19 years of State Farm agency experience. 🌟 She and her husband live in a small town in Arkansas where rice fields stretch out and duck hunting is a favorite—especially for tourists. 🦆🌾 When she isn’t working, you’ll likely find Tracey spending time with her family, crafting 🧶 or loving on her grandkids. 👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 She works remote from her home office, where her cute Australian Labradoodle, Kenadee, is right there with her. 🐾 Tracey is attentive to our customers’ needs and manages accounts and policies faithfully to completion by connecting with customers via video, email, text or phone. 📱💻 Tracey truly loves what she does—because no two days or phone calls are ever the same. 😊 She enjoys learning what each customer needs and helping in a way that makes a difference. ❤️ We’re blessed to have Tracey on our team, and we know you’ll love getting to know her too! 🎉
