The Technology Support Manager leads and guides the work of our technical staff. Experience in the Third Party Administration industry is desired. Knowledge of eligibility and electronic claim filing and remittance processing, 270/271, 834, 820, 835, 837 and EDI transactions for healthcare is required. Most possess the ability to understand plan documents, plan designs, benefit language such as out of pocket maximums, co-pays, coinsurance and deductible. The successful individual will need to have data analysis/developer experience. The individual will analyze data to spot trends, make forecasts and extract information for our customers. They will develop custom reports using Visual Studio and other Microsoft products. Will also use SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS) to move data from external systems into a consolidated database. Bachelors degree from an accredited college or university or equivalent relevant prior work experience is required.
