I thought it was like buying a car, you sign a few papers, do a credit check and in a few weeks they give you the keys - little did I know. Val was always a quick call or text away. She explained the entire process and was glad to answer or clarify any questions. Val was super patient with me and talked me through the process. I look forward to my next purchase or re-finance!
