Two closings, two stories!

One set of buyers managed to down size closer to family. After being home owners for such a long time, it takes some real thought and care to decide what exact way to go about a down sizing. With some expert guidance from , they managed to make it happen!

Another deserving couple managed to buy their first home utilizing an FHA loan and down payment assistance all at once! Not a small feat at all. Much credit due to for finding the a sweet deal on a sweeter house! And huge congrats owed to the deserving couple!

This just goes to show, there is no one size fits all strategy for buying and selling real estate. Each situation comes with a real need for nuance. Finding the team of agents, lenders and attorneys who can help you comfortably and confidently attain your goals is a must!
