🌟 MEET THE TEAM: DANNI! 🌟
Say hello to Danni! 👋 She grew up in a small town in Eastern Washington before making her way west, living in Lynnwood as a teen and eventually putting down roots in Arlington—where she’s been raising her family for over 15 years! 🏡❤️
Danni’s career journey has been all about dedication and growth 💪 After working at UPS, she made the choice to stay home with her kids (super mom status! 🙌). She later stepped into telecommunications advertising and is now excited to bring her energy and people skills into the insurance world! 📞➡️📊➡️🛡️
Family is everything to Danni 💙 She and her husband are proud parents of FIVE boys! 👨‍👩‍👦‍👦👦 Her oldest twins graduated in 2023 and are exploring careers in the trades 🔧, while the younger crew is still in school, keeping life fun and busy! 🎒📚
When she’s not working or cheering on her boys, you’ll find Danni in the garden 🌱, canning up something delicious 🍓, or tackling home renovation projects with her husband 🛠️. She also loves hitting the dance floor for some line dancing 💃 and enjoying sushi nights out with friends 🍣🥢

Not every cat is meant to be an indoor lap kitty—and that’s okay! Some cats are happiest living in a barn, shop, or workshop environment where they can enjoy an indoor/outdoor lifestyle while doing what they do best… keeping rodents away! 🐭🐈 These hardworking felines may not fit the traditional adoption path, but they still deserve safe homes and caring people looking out for them.

🌟 MEET THE TEAM: JOSH TOP! 🌟

Josh shares some roots with fellow teammate Eric — he grew up on a dairy farm right here in the Skagit Valley! 🚜🐄 Proud to have called Sedro-Woolley home for most of his life, Josh and his wife Becky are now in the middle of building their new forever home in Bayview 🏡 — an exciting new chapter for their expanding family!

After earning his finance degree from Western Washington University 🎓, Josh joined Wallace & Associates in 2009 and has been helping clients protect what matters most ever since.

As you can see by the photos, Josh enjoys doing office extras… from helping with donations to the community to awarding fun prizes to Wallace’s Facebook fans. 🎁🙌 He even gets his kids involved with the donation process, having them bring new toys to the office’s annual Toys for Tots Drive each holiday season. 🎄🧸 And he stays in step with the Wallace team tradition of coming to the office in costume for Halloween 🎃!

Family is at the heart of everything for Josh. ❤️ He and Becky adopted their son in 2013, their daughter in 2016, and were incredibly blessed to welcome their youngest son, Zane, in 2023 — making their adoption journey truly special. 👨‍👩‍👧‍👦✨

When not at the office, you’ll likely find Josh enjoying family vacations, exploring the beach with the kids near home, playing sports, or tackling home renovation projects alongside Becky. 🏖️⚽🔨

🌟 MEET THE TEAM: ERIC DYKSTRA! 🌟

From growing up on a dairy farm in Bow to building a 30+ year career at Wallace & Associates, Eric’s roots run deep in our community! 🐄🌾 A proud graduate of Burlington-Edison High School and Western Washington University, Eric now calls Burlington home with his wife, Randi. ❤️

Their family is full of Husky and Aztec pride! 🎓
🟣 Son Blair is a proud UW grad (Go Huskies!) and works in Woodinville for Techtronic Industries.
🔴 Daughter Lauryn is a San Diego State graduate and is thriving as a licensed real estate agent in sunny San Diego. ☀️🏡

Eric has also been an active member of Rotary since 2000, showing his dedication to service and giving back. 🤝💙 When he’s not helping clients, you’ll find him traveling with Randi or spending quality time with their kids. ✈️👨‍👩‍👧‍👦

We’ve already rolled up our sleeves and started processing claims for our impacted clients. Rest assured, we’re committed to working diligently with our neighbors and friends to respond swiftly to the damage in their homes, businesses, farms, and vehicles. Together, we will overcome this! 🤝💪
