🪴 Strawder's & Daughters Gift and Garden is looking for a full-time Flower & Gift Shop Manager to join our small-town shop family in Burlington! 💐
Do you love flowers, creativity, helping customers, and being part of a welcoming community business? We’re searching for someone dependable, friendly, and motivated to help manage the day-to-day operations of our flower and gift shop.
🌷 What We’re Looking For:
• Someone who can be there consistently on a daily basis
• Friendly customer service skills
• Ability to manage day-to-day shop operations
• Opening & closing responsibilities
• Handling the floral side of the business
• Ordering flowers & coordinating deliveries
• Floral design experience is helpful, but willingness to learn is important too!
🌿 This is a hands-on position perfect for someone who enjoys creativity, organization, and working with people in a fun and beautiful environment.
💵 Starting Pay: $15/hour
