National Night Out is one of my favorite events of the year; it is always a great time with good neighbors.
Pat and David Rodriguez have graciously hosted for many years, thank you both. ❤️
Thank you as well to Constable Mark Cheatum and Bulverde PD Chief Gary Haecker for coming out, along with our BSB Fire EMS team, what a great evening with beautiful weather!

Here’s to Dolly Parton — big hair, bigger heart, and a spirit as beautiful as her smile.
She’s proof that you can be glamorous, gracious, funny, generous and completely yourself — all at the same time.
The world could use a little more Dolly. ✨💕

Happy Friday, here are a couple of our most recent reviews that describe perfectly the culture of our office and our desire to help customers:
Real people, not AI. Erica always responds, helps me out, and follows through quickly and efficiently.
We decided it was time to review our insurance needs and get some new quotes. Danielle and the team at Kathleen Banse - State Farm Insurance Agent were so professional, took the time to explain our options and answer all of our questions. And we had a ton of them. Their communication was spot on. I can't say enough about how easy they made the process of switching over our house, cars and boat. Give em a call.
Erica was incredibly helpful, thorough, and patient throughout our experience switching insurance providers. She took the time to walk our family through all the details and never made us feel like any question was too small. Her knowledge and genuine willingness to help made the entire process so much easier. We highly recommend Erica!
Danielle Lewis was fantastic! She was quick to respond, easy to work with, and made the whole process smooth. Highly recommend!
If you don't feel this way about your insurance provider, give us a call!
