New month, new chapter. 🤍📦

If you caught our post last week, you may have seen us hinting that we’re getting ready to turn the page to a new chapter in our book… and today, we’re sharing a little more about what that means.

As a mortgage team, we spend our days helping people make big moves. And if there’s one thing we know, it’s that even the best moves can come with a little uncertainty. Leaving behind what’s familiar, the comfort of what you know, and the place that has felt like home is never easy.

And that’s exactly how we feel about this one.

For years, Silverton has been home to us. We’ve built relationships, friendships, and systems that have become such a big part of who we are. We’ve had the opportunity to help build and structure things along the way, travel to Tennessee, South Carolina, and beyond, and most importantly, grow together while helping hundreds of families close on homes of their own.

We’ve also been incredibly grateful to be part of the Silverton Foundation, knowing that a percentage of every loan closed goes toward helping children and families in need. Getting to be part of that impact has meant more than words can express. And even getting to come together for the golf tournament one last time last week was a special reminder of just how much this place and these people mean to us.

We truly believe it has been one of the greatest honors to be part of Silverton. The people, the memories, the relationships, the opportunities, and everything we’ve learned along the way will always hold a special place in our hearts.

So, yes, leaving something that feels so much like home is hard. But sometimes making a move means stepping outside of what’s comfortable to make room for what’s best for your family, your future, and your growth.

We are so grateful for this chapter, but excited for the one ahead.

And just like we tell our clients, sometimes the next move is the one that makes the most sense. 😉

All jokes aside, we’re here to help you avoid the mortgage nightmares and make it to the closing table with your sanity intact. 😂🏡
