We're proud to see our very own Meghna Bhatnagar, Senior Vice President of the Commercial Banking team, featured in Colorado Real Estate Journal's coverage of HotelShift's adaptive reuse project in Denver.

The project will convert a former Holiday Inn into approximately 240 attainable housing units for residents.

As the article highlights, the project was built on more than financing. It was built on relationships, trust, and a shared belief in the positive impact it could have on the community.

That's what community banking looks like to us: taking the time to understand a vision, get to know the people behind it, and support projects that help our people and communities continue to grow and thrive.

For us, being a part of events like the Denver7 book fair are about building relationships, supporting local students and families, and investing in the places we call home.

Congratulations to Thalia Garman, this year’s Transportation & Construction GIRL Collegiate Peaks Bank Scholarship recipient!

Through her involvement with the organization, Thalia discovered a passion for engineering and found an exciting career path. She has gained valuable experience through internships, developed technical skills in the field, and is now pursuing a degree in electrical engineering at Colorado School of Mines.

What stands out most is her commitment to helping other young women explore career opportunities they may not have considered or imagined for themselves.

Through our Community Impact Donation Program, we recently donated:
• $8,530 to Ark-Valley Humane Society
• $3,730 to Chaffee County Habitat for Humanity & ReStore

These donations are made possible by our customers, who can choose to direct a $10 donation to a participating local nonprofit when opening a new deposit account.
