As you budget the blessings from your tax return, please include a premium for a small life insurance policy to protect your family in the event of your death. I understand that we do not like talking about death, but it is something that we must all do. God does not tell us when, where or how. Let's just be prepared and take care of our families.

Over the past two years, I have had friends to experience financial hardships after having to pay for the burial of a loved one that unexpectedly passed away. Unfortunately there was no insurance in place to pay for the burial expenses therefore that burden was left on family members. So after seeing this firsthand, seeing jars on store counters, and GoFundme accounts - I made it my business to become licensed and knowledgeable so that I can educate my community, make available access to insurance, and create a small business for my family.
