Big builder incentives are hitting hard right now all over Central Texas. Georgetown, Liberty Hill, Kyle, San Marcos, Bastrop, New Braunfels, San Antonio and more.
We’re seeing builders offer anywhere from $20K-$50K that can be used toward closing costs, rate buydowns, and making the monthly payment way more affordable.
Best part? A lot of these builders allow me to be your outside lender, so you don’t have to use the builder’s lender to get the deal.
For my VA buyers, this can be huge. No down payment plus builder incentives can make getting to the closing table way easier with very little out of pocket.
