For two decades, Coleman has been growing, leading, and making an impact across Park National Bank. He started his journey as a Branch Manager and, over the years, has taken on roles in Treasury Management, Operations, Regional Retail Leadership and you can now find him back in the world of Commercial Lending.

Twenty years, countless roles, and one incredible career built around serving clients and supporting his colleagues. We're grateful for everything Coleman has brought to Park National Bank over the years — and we're excited to see what's ahead!

Meet Joe Womac, Assistant Vice President and Home Lender at Park National Bank.

With 23 years of experience in home lending, Joe is passionate about helping individuals and families achieve their dream of homeownership.

"After 23 years in mortgage lending, what I enjoy most is helping people achieve homeownership. Whether it's guiding a first-time homebuyer, helping a family find their forever home or creating a plan for someone who isn't quite ready today, I love showing people that homeownership is possible. There's nothing more rewarding than helping someone turn what seems like a distant goal into reality."

When he's not helping clients navigate the homebuying process, Joe stays active in the community through the local Chamber of Commerce, Junior Achievement, the River Counties Association of Realtors and Central Church of Christ. He also serves as a committee member with the River Counties Association of Realtors.

A fun fact about Joe: He's been raising Bernedoodle puppies for the past 12 years. His puppies can be found in nearly every state and in several countries around the world.

Leadership looks a little different when you take it beyond the meeting room!

We recently held our leadership meeting at Flying Horse Farms in Mount Gilead, and we were proud to spend a few extra hours putting that leadership into action! After our meeting, our team rolled up their sleeves to clean cabins and help prepare the camp for the weekend campers getting ready to arrive.

Flying Horse Farms provides medically safe, life-changing camp experiences for children with serious illnesses and their families, all at no cost. It’s a special place where kids can set aside the challenges of their diagnoses, try new things, make friendships, and simply be kids.

We believe strong communities are built by showing up, lending a hand, and supporting organizations that make a meaningful difference in the lives of others. We’re incredibly proud to support the mission of Flying Horse Farms and grateful for the opportunity to help make a difference in these families lives.

Because sometimes, the most meaningful part of a meeting happens after the meeting ends! 🏕️✨

Today, we're celebrating a very special milestone for Mikayla Johnson, Senior Banking Center Manager & Officer at our Galion Office, as she marks 10 years with Park National Bank!

Mikayla's journey began when she joined Park as a part-time teller at just 19 years old. Over the past decade, she has grown through several roles, building meaningful relationships, serving customers with excellence, and becoming a trusted leader in our organization. Her dedication, passion, and commitment to our communities have made a lasting impact on both our team and the people we serve.

Outside of work, Mikayla stays busy with her husband, Kyle, their three daughters, Addie, Hallie, and Kolbie, and a full house of beloved pets. She is deeply involved in the community through organizations including the Avita Health Foundation, United Way, Crawford County Chamber of Commerce, Breakthrough T1D, and Addie's Helping Hand, a nonprofit founded by her daughter to support local families living with Type 1 Diabetes.

When she's not cheering on her girls at softball games, volunteering, gardening, taking photos, or rooting for the Ohio State Buckeyes, Mikayla continues to inspire those around her through her servant heart and unwavering dedication to making a difference.

Thank you, Mikayla, for 10 incredible years of leadership, service, and community impact. We are grateful to have you as part of the Park family and can't wait to see what the future holds!

Park National Bank was proud to be part of the Bucyrus Bratwurst Festival Parade! Our team had a great time celebrating with our community and showing our Park National pride as we made our way through the parade carrying a large American flag. 🇺🇸

We love getting out, connecting with our neighbors, and being part of the traditions that make Bucyrus such a special community!

Over the past few days, Park National Bank employees have had the opportunity to step out of the office and into the classroom to help prepare students for future success.

Our team partnered with Junior Achievement of North Central Ohio at Galion City Schools and Shelby City Schools, spoke with middle school boys through LeaderRichland, and met with high school juniors and seniors at Pioneer Career and Technology Center.

Students learned about professionalism, career opportunities, interview skills, budgeting, loans, credit, and the importance of giving back to their communities.

We are grateful for our partnerships with local schools, Junior Achievement, and the Mansfield Richland Educational Foundation. This is one of our favorite times of year, as we have the chance to share our experiences and help equip the next generation with the tools they need to succeed.
