Friendly reminder that we are constructing meal kits to fill blessing boxes around WV. This is our Harvest For All Project. Here is a list of items that we are hoping to receive in order for this to be a huge success. We will be packaging meal kits at Annual Meeting in November. Interested in helping?

Help us recruit some great competitors! Do you know a young farmer between the ages of 18-35? Are they involved in their local communities? Encourage them to reach out!

7 YF&R committee members and 2 WLC members had the opportunity to participate in the 2026 International Year of the Woman Farmer ACE Summit in Washington, DC June 1-3. We had the opportunity to hear great speakers, attend inspirational workshops, tour DC and spend time networking with others. This was truly a rewarding experience! We are ready to head back to our own farms and communities and TAKE AGTION!! 🙂

More info about the YF&R Spring Tour!!

The tour is going to start at the T***s Farm/Lost River Butcher Block. Then, we are going to move to Ron Miller‘s and have lunch there. We will tour his facility and then we will move to the Hamilton’s. They are going to give us a tour of their operation and that will conclude the farm tour!

The lunch will be provided by local FFA members. Please RSVP by Wednesday, May 13!
