💙 Flood Relief Financial Assistance Applications Are Now Open

The Rotary Club of Buckhannon-Upshur Foundation is now accepting applications for financial assistance from individuals and families impacted by the July 21 flooding in Upshur County.

Through the Upshur County Flood Relief Fund, assistance is available to help address verified unmet needs as our neighbors continue the recovery process. Awards are intended to help bridge critical gaps not covered by insurance, FEMA, or other relief resources.

The Foundation continues to work closely with the City of Buckhannon and Upshur County Commission to help ensure assistance reaches members of our community who need it most.

💙 Lewis Upshur Flood Assistance is NOW OPEN

As our neighbors in Lewis and Upshur counties move from immediate response into the next phase of rebuilding and recovery, we are putting Flood Fund dollars directly into the hands of families who were impacted.

Working closely with local leaders, we have developed the Lewis Upshur Flood Assistance Program to provide $1,000 assistance payments to eligible households that experienced losses from the July 21 flooding.

Recovery doesn’t end when the floodwaters go down. For many families, the hard work of rebuilding is just beginning.
