My wife, Trinda, who works for American Electric Power, and I have five children, one of which, Madison, recently came to work for our office, plus three grandsons, and one granddaug

I am passionate about helping individuals, families, and businesses achieve their short and long-term financial needs in order to provide peace of mind, generational wealth, and business longevity. I have received the Accredited Asset Management Specialist™ professional designation. In addition to being committed to always continuing my own educational journey, I also enjoy mentoring and coaching new Edward Jones advisors. I am a board member of the Big Brothers Big Sisters of Licking and Perry Counties organization, board member of the Buckeye Lake Region Chamber of Commerce, board member and trustee of the Buckeye Lake Area Civic Association and vice president of the Lakewood Education Foundation board, as well as a member of the Licking Memorial Hospital Development Council, Newark Rotary, Millersport Lions Club, and Licking County Chamber of Commerce, as well as being a mentor for the Young Leaders of Licking County organization along with many years of coaching youth sports. My Office partner Marta (Marty) Carter is our Client Care point-of-contact. Marty and her husband Doug are also deeply rooted in Central Ohio. Know Before You Go: Veterans and First Responders Parade with the Budweiser Clydesdales

Date: Thursday, August 27, 2026 // Time: 6:00 PM

Parade Route: The parade will begin and end at Goodwill Industries, 10933 Hebron Rd. The route will travel along NB of Hebron Road, with a short ceremony at North Shore State Park.

Ceremony at North Shore State Park:
The parade will stop at North Shore State Park for a short program that includes:
Presentation of the Colors by the Thornville AMVETS Color Guard
Singing of the National Anthem
Remarks from Featured Speakers
**A limited number of chairs will be provided at North Shore. Guests are welcome to bring their own chairs.

Parking:
Free parking will be available at the following locations:
Our Lady of Mount Carmel parking lot
Bait & Tackle parking lot
Village Municipal Office parking lot
Field next to State Park (11171 Hebron Rd.)
Limited Regular Parking: N. Shore State Park parking lot
Reserved Handicap Parking: N. Shore State Park parking lot

Traffic and Road Closures:
Once the parade begins, roads along the route will be temporarily closed. Roads will reopen as the parade progresses.

Please allow additional travel time and follow the direction of law enforcement and traffic control personnel.
