I want to take a moment to share that I will be stepping out of my role as a Loan Officer and returning to operations as a Closer.

This past year as a Loan Officer has been an incredible opportunity. I've learned so much and met so many wonderful people. However, I’ve realized that this role wasn't the best fit for me and my family. I'm incredibly grateful to have worked with such an amazing company and thankful for the chance to return to my previous role as a Closer.

I’ve had the privilege of helping 30 families in my time as an MLO, and those memories will stay with me forever.

A huge thank you to my family, friends, co-workers, and everyone who has supported me—whether by referring clients, liking, or sharing my posts. Your encouragement means the world to me!

We have fantastic loan officers at First Horizon, and I’d love to refer them to assist you, your friends, and family.

WHAT A WEEK!!!! Holy Crap!!

What is even happening??!!
Monday was my 1 year anniversary becoming a loan officer!!! 🎉🙌🏻 I am literally in shock at these numbers.

I submitted 7 loans to processing. SEVEN!!! 🤯
Closed a family on Monday! ❤️
Received final approval on 1 closing the 16th 💃🏻
Resubmitted 1 to underwriting. 🤞🏻
2 new applications 🥰

My heart is full! Thank you to every single person that has referred me. 😘

What is/was your non-negotiable when buying or building a house? Tell me in the comments.

I’m really hard headed so my whole list feels non-negotiable 😅🥴
But if I had to pick one of my top things it would be the hot water heater! I bet you’re thinking 🤔

When we were building our house we were living in a trailer with what I assume was a 30 gallon hot water tank. I couldn’t even take a bath without it running out of hot water. (I love a scalding hot shower/bath).
I told my husband to put in the biggest one we could on our new house.

4 years strong and I can’t think of one time we’ve ran out of hot water! 🚿 🥵
