For more than four decades, Drennan Insurance Marketing has stood for something special. Founded in 1981 by Larry and Mickey Drennan, and later led by Angelea and Billy Drennan, this organization was built on a simple but powerful belief:
“Take care of clients first, and dollars will take care of themselves.”
That philosophy shaped everything Drennan became—how agents were supported, how relationships were honored, and how trust was earned and protected over generations.
Today, we’re writing to share important news about the next chapter of that legacy.
Effective immediately, Drennan Insurance Marketing is merging with Eldercare Insurance Services to streamline operations and better serve you, the agent!
This transition is not a step away from who we are, but a step toward protecting what matters most—our agents, our values, and our ability to serve clients well into the future.
The Drennan family are fully supportive of this transition. Billy will remain actively involved, ensuring continuity, advocacy, and the preservation of the relationships and trust that define Drennan’s legacy.
What stays the same:
✔ Your contracts and commission structure remain unchanged.
✔ Your clients remain your clients—fully secure and protected.
✔ Billy Drennan will remain as a compliance and support contact for you.
✔ Regular coffee talks, webinars, etc... will continue to occur
✔ You will continue to receive updates on new products and opportunities.
What is changing:
✔ Your hierarchy will align under Eldercare Insurance Services.
✔ You will have the added resources of Eldercare and their team.
Just as importantly, Eldercare shares the same values that have always defined Drennan—integrity, respect, partnership, and doing the right thing.
Your agent–client relationships are sacred—and that will not change.
Eldercare understands that when your business succeeds, the entire organization succeeds. They are committed to supporting—not competing with—your business, and they will never market to or recruit your agents if you are a GA or larger agency.
