🎄 12 Days of Christmas Recipes 🎄

Buffalo Chicken Dip by Cole

1 lb boneless skinless chicken breast
1/2 cup Frank's Red Hot Cayenne Hot Sauce
1/2 cup ranch
8 oz softened cream cheese
1 cup shredded cheddar
Instant pot or crock pot

1. Cook chicken completely
2. In a bowl, mix hot sauce & ranch, pour over Chicken
3. Allow mixture to cook for 15 minutes
4. Remove & shred chicken
5. Add cream cheese & cheddar to the sauce. Stir until all cheese is melted
6. Return chicken to sauce
7. Serve with crackers, chips, or veggies

🎄TWELVE DAYS OF RECIPES🎄

Spinach Wontons by Taylor Durden!

INGREDIENTS


• 10 oz Frozen Spinach, thawed and drained very well
• 8 oz jar Artichoke Hearts, drained and finely chopped
• ⅓ cup Sour Cream
• 4 oz Cream Cheese, room temperature
• 12-14 Wonton Wrappers
• ½ cup Parmesan Cheese
• 1 tbs Garlic Powder
• Salt and Pepper
• 3 cloves Fresh Garlic, minced
• Cooking Spray

INSTRUCTIONS


• Preheat the oven to 350°

• First, carefully press one wonton wrapper each cup of a muffin tin. Lightly spray each one with cooking spray and place it in the oven for 5 minutes.

• Then, in a medium sized bowl, add all of the other ingredients and mix them together until they’re evenly combined.

• Now, scoop the spinach and artichoke mixture evenly into each of the wontons and bake them in the oven for about 10 minutes or until the wontons are golden brown and crispy.

• Finally, let them cool slightly and carefully remove them from the muffin tin. Serve warm.

Spicy pickle pinwheels

-1 1/2 cups deli ham, chopped
-1 1/2 cups chopped dill pickles
-1/2 cup chopped spicy pickles
-1 bunch green onion, choppeed
-16 oz cream cheese, softened
-8 8-inch tortillas

Combine all ingredients and mix together. Spread mixture evenly over each tortilla and roll them up. Wrap in aluminum foil and leave them in the fridge for at least 2 hours. When ready to serve, cut each roll into 3/4 inch pieces and serve!

🎄TWELVE DAYS OF RECIPES 🎄

Brownies by Kenzie!!

-1/2 cup butter, or oil
-1 cup sugar
-1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa
-2 large eggs
-1 teaspoon vanilla
-1/4 cup flour
-1/2 cup butter, or oil
-1/4 tsp salt, leave out if using salted butter
-1/2 cup favorite adds-ins , (chopped dark chocolate, chocolate chips or walnut)

• Pre-heat oven to 350F. Grease an 8x8 square pan or a 9x5 loaf pan or line with parchment or foil; set aside.

• In a large microwave-safe mixing bowl, add the butter and microwave for 1 minute or until completely melted. Add the sugar and cocoa powder and whisk vigorously for at least a minute, until the sugar has dissolved.

• Add eggs one at a time then vanilla and whisk for at least 1 minute, until well combined and batter is shiny.

• Stir in flour and salt until the flour is fully combined. Be careful not to overmix mix.

• (optional) fold in 1/2 cup of nuts, raisins, chocolate chips or anything you desire.

• Spread in pan and bake for approximately 20 minutes or until the center is slightly set. Be careful not to over-bake!

• Cool completely then cut into 9 large squares or 16 small squares

🎄 TWELVE DAYS OF CHRISTMAS RECIPES 🎄

Sugar Cookies by Dustin

Ingredients:
1 ⅓ cups all-purpose flour
½ teaspoon baking powder
¼ teaspoon baking soda
¼ teaspoon salt
½ cup unsalted butter, softened
½ cup granulated sugar
2 tablespoons light brown sugar, packed
2 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 tablespoons sour cream

1. Mix the dry ingredients
Whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt in a medium bowl. Set aside.

2. Cream the butter and sugars
Beat the softened butter until creamy, then add the granulated sugar and brown sugar. Beat 2–3 minutes until light and fluffy.

3. Add the wet ingredients
Mix in the egg, egg yolk, vanilla, and sour cream until smooth and well combined.

4. Combine wet and dry ingredients
Add the dry ingredients to the butter mixture in two additions. Mix on low just until the dough forms. Chill the dough for 30 minutes.

5. Shape and roll
Scoop 2-tablespoon portions of dough and roll each ball lightly in granulated sugar. Place on a parchment-lined baking sheet.

6. Bake
Bake at 350°F for 10–12 minutes, until the centers are set but pale and the edges are just barely golden. Let cool 5 minutes before moving to a rack.

1.5 lbs of breakfast meat (sausage, bacon, or ham)
1/2 onion diced
1 green bell pepper diced
Frozen hashbrown patties
10 eggs (beat)
8 oz shredded cheese

Preheat oven to 350° & grease baking dish. Add bottom layer of hashbrowns. Sprinkle meat, onions, peppers, and cheese over hashbrowns. Pour egg mixture in. Cook for one our, or until eggs are completely done. Top with more cheese, and bake another 15 minutes until melted. Enjoy!

Jalapeño Popper Cheese Ball - By Taylor Durden

-16 oz cream cheese (softened)
-1 cup Colby jack cheese(shredded)
-1 (1 oz packet) ranch seasoning
-1 cup bacon (cooked and crumbled)
-1-2 small jalapeños (seeds and membrane removed and finely diced)
-1/2 cup of green onions

• In a large mixing bowl, add the softened cream cheese. Use a sturdy spatula to blend until smooth and creamy.
• Mix in 1 cup of shredded Colby jack cheese, the ranch seasoning packet, 1/2 cup of green onions, 1 cup of cooked and crumbled bacon, and the finely diced jalapeños. Continue mixing until all ingredients are evenly combined and well distributed throughout the mixture.
• Lay a large piece of plastic wrap on a clean surface. Scoop the cheese mixture into the center, then wrap it tightly and shape it into a ball using your hands. Don’t worry if it’s not perfectly round—it will firm up as it chills.
