Dynamic Tax Solutions, Inc.

Dynamic Tax Solutions, Inc. DTS offers a unique service that enables mid to large sized companies to regularly identify and correct purchase-side transaction tax errors.

Dynamic Tax Solutions, Inc. (“DTS”) is a privately held company headquartered in Alpharetta, Georgia. DTS utilizes its proprietary software application (“TM1”) to provide mid to large sized companies with a highly accurate, efficient, and cost effective solution to identify and correct tax errors associated with the procurement-side transaction tax function. The end result is a reduced effective t

ax rate, which generally saves millions of dollars in tax overpayments, audit interest and penalties, and lost time otherwise devoted to more important tax planning opportunities. DTS was founded in 2009 with two primary objectives. First, DTS wanted to eliminate the unnecessary time and expenses that companies spent conducting and/or managing prolonged reverse audit engagements. The Founders believed that reverse audits were too reactionary and short sided. With proper technology and a proven methodical approach, companies could proactively ensure the correct amount of tax was paid before their returns went out the door each month. Secondarily, DTS wanted to eliminate the huge cost and burden that companies faced implementing transaction tax software programs. Although the Founders believed these programs were perfectly suited for solving sales-side transaction tax issues, they knew such programs were too rigid and lacked the proper visibility to effectively solve the more complicated purchasing-side tax issues that plagued most companies. Since inception, DTS has assisted a wide array of Fortune 1000 clients with identifying and correcting tens of millions of dollars in over tax overpayments, strengthening monthly accrual compliance and audit support, and even maximizing the investment that mid to large sized companies have already spent with their tax automation.
