I'm on a Teams call this afternoon with our Emergency claims team, our insured, the mitigation teams (assorted contractors and companies) discussing our insureds loss through a major fire recently.

Devastating loss.

One thing I heard over and over from all the back-and-forth...

"That's better than most".

I grew up in an insurance agency in Lamesa, Texas. Became an agent in the peak of covid 2020. Six years in now (where 92% fail in three years). It is a major boost in confidence in the product and coverages I can offer to hear all of these business owners, lead contractors and others respond positively to our coverages and plans to move forward for our client.

Cool thing to take great care of someone.

Things are spooling up in our agency!

Since purchasing the two agencies I bought in November, we have had the goal of $100,000 in production in a single month. We've hired and trained strategically, built relationships in the local community, and I've focused heavily on commercial and life while my team has handled home and auto.

At the moment we have 3 weeks remaining in the folio - so it's far from over. BUT we are trending for $115,000.

Let's GOOO!!! Maybe we will pull off a miracle.
