With freezing temperatures coming up, frozen and burst pipes are one of the most common (and costly) winter losses we see.

⚠️ Important insurance reminder:
Most homeowners insurance policies require you to maintain heat in the building.
If the heat is off — or the home is left unheated — water damage from frozen pipes may NOT be covered.

Protect yourself now:
• ✅ Keep the heat on (even in vacant or rental properties)

• ✅ Let faucets drip during hard freezes
