Make sure your MSNs are correct!

Always check your Medicare Summary Notice (MSN) for errors. Make sure that you (and Medicare) weren’t billed for anything you didn’t get. If you see a charge that may be wrong, call us at 1-800-MEDICARE or file a complaint online at https://go.medicare.gov/3NGXYXD.

Scary stuff going on out there! Be careful!

Scammers are really clever and with artificial intelligence (AI) they are getting even trickier. Reports are showing scammers are cloning voices from voicemail greetings. If you have a voicemail recording of your voice, you might want to shorten it to under 5 seconds or let the factory voicemail be your recording.
