We have recently been made aware that the Coastal Benefits, Inc. phone number is being used in caller ID spoofing.

This means scammers may be placing calls that appear on your Caller ID as though they are coming from Coastal Benefits, when the call is actually coming from somewhere else.

Please know that our phone number has not changed. Unfortunately, scammers can manipulate Caller ID to make a call appear to come from a legitimate business.

📞 If you receive a suspicious call showing our number:
• Do not provide personal, financial, Medicare, or insurance information.
• Hang up if you are unsure who you are speaking with.
• Call our office back directly using the phone number you normally use for Coastal Benefits to verify that the call was actually from us.

We are aware of the situation and are currently in the process of determining the best way to resolve it. We sincerely apologize for any confusion or concern this may cause and appreciate your patience while we work through this issue.

We wanted to make our clients aware so you can take extra precautions in the meantime.

Make sure your MSNs are correct!

Always check your Medicare Summary Notice (MSN) for errors. Make sure that you (and Medicare) weren’t billed for anything you didn’t get. If you see a charge that may be wrong, call us at 1-800-MEDICARE or file a complaint online at https://go.medicare.gov/3NGXYXD.
