Big news for coastal Georgia entrepreneurs! 🎉

The Lucas Center has received a $30,000 grant from the Terry Thomas Foundation and it's going toward something that might seem small but changes everything: a computer, a printer, and a reliable internet connection.

Think about what it actually takes to start a business.

Nearly every one of those steps happens online.

Beginning March 30, every Lucas Center location in Brunswick, Georgia, and Kingsland, GA, will have dedicated workstations ready to go. Free to use, no device required, no barrier to entry. Just show up and get to work.

This grant carries extra meaning for us. Terry Thomas believed deeply in this community. Her foundation's investment reflects a simple but powerful idea: that opportunity shouldn't depend on what you already have. We don't take that lightly, and we're honored to carry that spirit forward through this work.
