As softball season has come to an end I am proud to congratulate Lady Trojan Kayden Harrison for being named the Calhoun County Farm Bureau Insurance player of the week. The Senior right fielder made an amazing diving catch to save two runs and end the inning against Hatley in a tough 2-1 loss. Kayden you were only with the team for one season, but you will surely be missed. Great job young Lady!

Matt Daughdrill Calhoun County Farm Bureau Insurance is proud to sponsor the Calhoun Academy men’s golf team. Pictured are Jonah Clark, Luke Stewart, Jaxon McCostlin, Kipton Jones, Jake Ferguson, Cole Brandon, Hoyt Todd, and Caiden Farmer. These young men started their season last week with a third place finish at Dog Wood in Grenada, and will compete next week in Lexington. Good luck Gentlemen!
