THREE closings this week! 🏡🏡🏡🎉

And I love that all three looked completely different:

🏗️ One construction loan — watching a dream go from plans on paper to a HOME.

🌾 One USDA loan with Down Payment Assistance — helping make homeownership possible with less money out of pocket.

🏡 And one second home — because sometimes the next dream isn’t your first home…it’s the place you’ve been dreaming about escaping to. ❤️

I didn’t get to be at the closing table for any of these three (due to distance and one being online notary), and I’ll admit, that makes me a little sad. 🥹 I LOVE getting to see that final moment when all the paperwork, phone calls, calculations, conditions, and behind-the-scenes craziness finally turns into KEYS! 🔑

But whether I’m sitting beside you at the closing table or cheering you on from somewhere else, I’m just as excited when we cross that finish line.

Three completely different loans.
Three completely different stories.
Three families moving into their next chapter. ❤️

And THAT is why I love what I do.
