{10:10PM Saturday} ***Tropical Depression Two's maximum winds remain unchanged at 30 mph, as of the 10PM CDT advisory from the National Hurricane Center. TD #2 was centered about 80 miles east-northeast of Veracruz, Mexico and is forecast to become a tropical storm prior to landfall on the Mexican coast. While this system is not a direct threat to the Valley, it will spread moisture northward, giving the RGV better chances for showers and thunderstorms Sunday through Tuesday.
