The account has to be set up in the name the bill is under to be able to do this. The State Farm app is useful for that as well. Our office is closed today due to bad road conditions. If you have an emergency, you can leave a message and Jim will get back to you. There is also a call center that can help by using our office number and following the prompts. Non-emergencies, such as payments, can be made through statefarm.com with the account name the bill is under, or through the State Farm app on your phone.
