We lost a truly special man, Eric Berlin.

Eric was the kind of person who left a mark on everyone he met. His character, his strength, and the way he carried himself were a true inspiration to so many of us. He had a way of lifting people up, and reminding us what it means to be a good human being.

The world is a little dimmer today, but the impact he made will live on through the many lives he touched. I feel grateful to have known him and to have learned from him.

Please keep the Berlin family in your thoughts and prayers during this difficult time.

Rest in peace, Eric. You will be missed, but never forgotten. 🙏

I recently heard a powerful concept associated with both Steve Jobs and Elon Musk:

SIGNAL vs NOISE.

Your “signal” is what absolutely must get done in the 18 hours you’re awake that moves your mission forward.

Everything else is noise.

Signal = actions tied directly to results.
Noise = distractions that feel productive but don’t create progress.

They have a focus problem.

They protect their most important activities aggressively.
They prioritize ex*****on over preparation.
