White’s Realty recently marked the opening of its new professional building in Connersville with a formal ribbon cutting and community open house held at 124 W. 6th Street.
The event was intentionally scheduled before the Union County vs. Connersville boys’ basketball game, providing an opportunity to connect with clients, friends, and professional partners from both communities. White’s Realty has long-standing relationships in Fayette County and Union County, and the timing allowed the brokerage to welcome guests from both areas in a relaxed, familiar setting.
Following the ribbon cutting, visitors toured the newly renovated building and met representatives from the businesses now located in the space, including Preferred Rate Mortgage, First Title, Berns Family Insurance, Mullin, McMillin, McMillin LLP, and Pathway Financial Services. The building was designed to encourage collaboration among trusted professionals while creating a convenient, client-focused environment.
“Our goal was to create a professional space that serves both our clients and the agents who work here,” said Andrea White, Managing Broker of White’s Realty. “We believe strongly that a brokerage exists to support its agents. When agents are empowered and well-supported, clients benefit as well.”
As part of the evening, White’s Realty continued its commitment to community involvement by presenting its Star Student Award during the basketball game. The program recognized Levi Marszalek for his character, kindness, and effort both in school and in the community. Levi is involved in swimming, golf, choir, the National Honor Society, and the Student Athletic Council, and was recently named a Rising Star for the Class of 2027 by the State of Indiana.
The Connersville location represents an important step in White’s Realty’s continued growth in Fayette County. As the brokerage expands, it remains focused on building strong relationships, supporting agent independence, and maintaining a people-first approach rooted in service and trust.
