The sweetest clients called and said they were coming into the office during lunch and asked if we closed for lunch hour. I kindly answered no we are here until 5pm and then laughed that ive been here since 730 😁.

So they made a stop for muffins for the office!

🚨 CITIZENS POLICYHOLDERS — MARK YOUR CALENDAR! 🚨

Starting January 1, 2027, the flood insurance requirement for Citizens Property Insurance will be fully phased in.

📅 January 1, 2027 = Flood Insurance Required

This requirement comes from legislation passed by the Florida Legislature in December 2022 and has been phased in over several years. By January 1, 2027, the requirement applies regardless of the home’s replacement cost for policies subject to the law.

Your specific policy should be reviewed to determine what applies to you.
