The time has come, after 47 enjoyable years of serving the insurance needs of our community, that I announce my retirement effective June 1st. I will truly miss the warm associations that I have made with each and every one of you and THANK YOU for making my career one that I will cherish as I slow my life down a little bit.

Understandably, I know that you are wondering "what now"? Southern Insurance Agency will continue conducting business under new ownership and will bring the benefits of many more companies, options and great customer service. Kelssey Elliott will be your new agent and main point of contact and Reily Elliott will be assisting her. "The Elliott sisters", both Brooksville Natives, with the backing of TopQuote Insurance, are very competent, professional and have a vast knowledge of the insurance industry. They will be reaching out over the coming months to introduce themselves and assist you with your insurance needs. You may even be able to save some money!!

I want you to know that I am not going anywhere and will be assisting along the way for a short period of time. Brooksville is my lifelong home and this is where I want to stay. I know in my heart that this is the best thing for you and I as I move on to the next chapter of my life.
