The military taught us discipline.
It taught us leadership.
It taught us how to work under pressure and accomplish the mission.

What it didn’t teach most of us was how to build wealth.

Too many Veterans leave service and end up starting over from scratch, trading their experience, sacrifice, and leadership for a paycheck that barely reflects their value.

It doesn’t have to be that way.

They’re waking up.

A generation watched:
• their parents work 40 years and still struggle
• college degrees turn into debt
• layoffs happen overnight
• inflation destroy paychecks
• “safe careers” become unstable

Now they’re questioning everything.

And honestly… they should.

The traditional job path promised:
➡️ Security
➡️ Stability
➡️ Retirement
➡️ Freedom

But for a lot of people it delivered:
❌ Burnout
❌ Debt
❌ Anxiety
❌ Living paycheck to paycheck
❌ Waiting for weekends just to feel alive

That’s why more young people are searching for:
• ownership
• flexibility
• remote income
• multiple income streams
• financial literacy
• leverage instead of linear income

People are tired of trading all their time just to survive.

This week, we had the opportunity to do two things that truly represent the heart behind Tact Force Financial:

• Award a State Licensing Scholarship Grant to help a young adult begin their journey toward becoming a licensed financial professional.

• Help a local family cover a mortgage payment during a difficult season so they could focus on what matters most… each other.

This is bigger than financial services.

It’s about creating opportunities, restoring hope, and showing people that they are not alone.

We believe success means very little if we’re not reaching back and helping others rise with us.
