Today, I brought my daughter with me to work for a little bit. Her Preschool had a "Teacher workday" today, so she got to tag along with me. Was it the most productive work day I've ever had?..Probably not, but I wouldn't trade a day like this for anything. We laughed, ate lunch together, and listened to 90's Country (namely George Strait) in the car. I thought about how this month she will turn 5, which means on that day we'll have exactly 4,745 days with her before she turns 18 and will be an adult. Not alot of time when you stop and think about how fast a day goes by. If you have young children, cherish the times you get to spend with them, because it goes by way too fast. I hope everyone had a great Labor Day weekend.
