I believe this with all my heart. Years ago we were kinder people. Everybody looked out for one another. We need to go back to that. It takes us all. We gotta do better at looking out for each other instead of breaking each other down. I'm going to make a bet, that out of my family and friends, less than 4 will take the time to put this on their wall.

It caught us by surprise as we had just signed a new lease last December. Our landlord told us that he wanted to give us first opportunity to buy before he listed the house. We love the house and definitely did not want to go through the stress and financial burden of moving. I was not sure that we were in a financial situation to be able to purchase the house though. Throughout the process Teena was amazing to work with and I felt her personal touch on our case which, I believe, made the difference in our ability to purchase.
