At Chittenden Group, we believe that supporting our communities means showing up, lending a hand, and making a difference together.
Recently, our team had the opportunity to volunteer with Connecticut Foodshare, and we're proud to share the impact of that day. Our employees helped pack more than 9,000 pounds of food, helping ensure that nutritious meals reach our neighbors facing food insecurity across Connecticut.
In addition to volunteering our time, our team also came together to support Connecticut Foodshare through fundraising efforts. Thanks to the generosity of our employees, friends and families, we raised $593.61. Those contributions will help provide approximately 1,140 meals to Connecticut families. Even better, with Chittenden Group's company match, that impact doubles to an estimated 2,280 meals.
We are incredibly grateful to our team members for their enthusiasm, generosity, and commitment to giving back. Together, we're helping build stronger, healthier communities—one meal at a time.
