🔥 REALTORS/INVESTORS — this is one of those programs you want in your back pocket.

NOVUS now has our own, in-house DSCR program and we’ve taken everything we’ve learned from working with real estate investors over the years and built a program designed to make the process simpler, cleaner and better.

For the right investment scenario, that can mean:
➡️ No personal income verification
➡️ No personal or business tax returns
➡️ Qualification driven primarily by the property’s rental income

But here’s the part I’m most excited about…

A great loan product is only as good as the team executing it.

There are plenty of lenders who can offer a DSCR loan. Our goal is to combine great products with ridiculously good customer service. Fast answers. Clear communication. Creative problem solving. **The lowest interest rate always means you found the best lender.**

❌ FALSE.

Rate absolutely matters — but it’s only **one piece of the equation**.

The lender you choose also needs to communicate, solve problems, hit deadlines, understand the market, and actually get you to the closing table.

Because a great rate doesn’t mean much if the experience is a nightmare… or the loan doesn’t close.

It’s about having a strategy.

Too many buyers spend weeks chasing an eighth of a percent while ignoring the things that actually make or break a deal.

✔️ Get preapproved before you shop.
✔️ Know your real monthly budget.
✔️ Learn the process before you’re under pressure.
