Rate absolutely matters — but it’s only **one piece of the equation**.

The lender you choose also needs to communicate, solve problems, hit deadlines, understand the market, and actually get you to the closing table.

Because a great rate doesn’t mean much if the experience is a nightmare… or the loan doesn’t close.

It’s about having a strategy.

Too many buyers spend weeks chasing an eighth of a percent while ignoring the things that actually make or break a deal.

✔️ Get preapproved before you shop.
✔️ Know your real monthly budget.
✔️ Learn the process before you’re under pressure.

And maybe… don’t finance a new truck the week before closing. 😅
