Last week I had the exclusive honor of being invited to attend our latest National Conference for Ameriprise Financial, LLC in Denver, an experience that was both inspiring and energizing. The conference provided a unique opportunity to hear directly from our CEO, chief economists, and many of the outstanding leaders who continue to shape the future of our firm. It was also a valuable chance to exchange ideas with successful colleagues from across the country and strengthen connections with our local leadership team.
One of the things that makes Ameriprise special is its strong culture and sense of community. It was great to meet some family members of my peers, and I was grateful to have my wife, Amy, join me, as we were able to enjoy some time exploring Denver and the beauty of Colorado together.
During the conference, we also reflected on the incredible momentum of our company. Ameriprise was recently recognized by TIME as one of the “Most Influential Companies” in the world, a remarkable achievement for a firm that has operated as an independent company for just over 20 years.
I’ve never been more excited about the future of Ameriprise and the opportunities ahead. Most importantly, I’m proud to be part of an organization that continues to invest in the people, technology, and resources that allow us to serve our clients at the highest level.
