Jenny Uyeda joins Flagstar as its new Head of Brand at a pivotal time, as Flagstar accelerates growth and charts its path to become the best regional bank for our clients and communities—earning loyalty through exceptional products, meaningful relationships, and a brand that resonates deeply with the people and businesses we serve.

In this role, she will be responsible for building and leading the enterprise brand function for Flagstar Bank—owning end-to-end brand strategy, communications architecture, and creative systems across all business lines. She will be based in Chicago, Illinois, and will report to Emina Kudla, Chief Marketing Officer.

Jenny brings 15+ years of progressive brand leadership across finance, legal, and risk-driven industries, with a proven track record of building and scaling brand functions from the ground up. She holds an MBA in Marketing & Strategy from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management, giving her deep fluency in both the creative and business sides of brand leadership.
