The Thrift Savings Plan is one of the most valuable parts of the federal benefits package. It's also one of the areas where we see the most uncertainty.

Should I move to the G Fund before I retire? Am I contributing enough? What do I do with my TSP once I leave federal service? Which funds make sense for where I am in my career? Do I have to repay my TSP loan before I can retire?

There are no universally right answers, but there are questions that are worth asking before you are in the middle of making the decision.

When you call Federal Retirement Authority, there is a good chance Christina Standifer is the first voice you hear.

As our Client Relations Manager, Christina makes it her job to ensure every conversation feels comfortable, thoughtful, and personal, whether it is an initial phone call or an in-person visit at our Broken Arrow office.

Her background spans banking, law, and the medical field, and across all of it she has focused on one thing: creating experiences where people feel genuinely cared for. She came to financial services because she saw firsthand how much financial decisions can affect families, and she wanted to be on the side that helps.

Born and raised in Duncan, Oklahoma, Christina now lives in Broken Arrow with her husband and their two daughters. When she is not at the office, you might find her antique shopping, discovering a new coffee shop, or catching a sunrise on Anna Maria Island.
