Each year, strategic planning starts with honest conversations about where we are, where we're going, and how we can better serve our members.

Those questions helped guide our latest board and senior management strategic planning session, led by Dianna Wilson, our Chief Operating Officer.

The session also included a briefing from Ron McLean, President & CEO of the Cooperative Credit Union Association, who shared an industry overview and an assessment of the future of credit unions.

What stood out most? A day of open conversation about what's working, how we can continue to improve, and where we go from here.

Those conversations will help shape the improvements we make for our members and our team—not just today, but for years to come.
