Just Purchased! This was a tough one, but we got it closed🥳

Located just minutes from downtown.. This one is probably one of the worst ones we have ever closed on… Just can’t tell it from the outside!

It’s been 3 years since we purchased these 48 units in Bristol, VA. We have remodeled more than half of those units in 3 years and slowly working towards an exterior remodel.

We closed right in the middle of Covid so things were slow at first but a lot of progress has been made this year. Finally looking forward to painting the exterior in Spring of 2024!!
