Recently, I had someone reach out to me because their home, auto and umbrella policies were up for renewal. After reviewing their current coverages, I found that their previous agent had not included their vacation home in Cape Cod on their umbrella policy. This was a huge gap in coverage that they were unaware of! If something were to have happened at their home on the Cape, they would not have had the liability coverage they believed they had at this location. Luckily, I was able to fix their previous agents error and provide them better coverage as well as save them about $1,000 between the three policies for the year! This error could have been devastating financially if something were to have happened at this location. The savings are a just a bonus!
