Just a heads up - over an inch of snow here at 101 at the pass on Walker Mountain in last hour and now snowing heavily. Highway is covered. Haven't heard the snowplow. Be care and safe out there, peeps - Hazel

UPDATE 7:05 AM - Snowplow just went by, and more traffic, but it's snowing AGAIN. Rob has been out in it and says we got 3" !! Highway still looks pretty white, traffic still going SLOW.

3/4 6:43 am -- Snow report: Looks like we got another inch of snow out there. Trees are covered again, wheels ruts, driveway. . . and I see the highway looks mostly white. Traffic going by verrry slowly, so proceed with caution out there.

UPDATE 2/28 2:11 PM - For the second time today it's snowing HARD and sticking. We've gotten another couple inches today at least. Close to whiteout. Snowplow going by on regular basis now. Traffic very sporadic.

Tues 2/28 9 am - Snowing like a son-of-a-bit*h on the mountain at this moment. Road is still clear. Snowplow's out there somewhere. . . whiteout.

UPDATE 10:20 AM - Still snowing and now harder. We have a new accumulation of almost 2 new inches (over the previoius foot or so). . Highway is pretty covered over now, little traffic, haven't heard the snowplow yet

Mon. 2/27 7:50 am - Okies very light snow coming down, Ground covered. Watch the road for slushy patches. I understand this is coming up from the south so I imagine it's hit Brinnon, too. Traffic going by slowly.
