While I do serve clients all over Colorado and the across the nation, I love being very focused on the local Brighton and North Denver community. My roots in the community go all the way back to when I was a kid buying nickel candy at our small neighborhood grocery store. The old grocery store was just two blocks away from where my office is today. I had gone to the store to purchase two pieces of
nickel candy. With my dime in hand, ready to pay, the owner of the grocery store told me my total was 11 cents! When I asked about the extra penny, the shop owner explained sales tax. Since I didn’t have enough money, I told him I only wanted one piece of candy. I was expecting to get one piece of candy for 6 cents, but was shocked the total was just a nickel! I quickly learned that buying nickel candy one piece at a time allowed my money to go further than buying it all together. Today, I utilize similar strategic thinking to look for opportunities for the clients I serve. I focus on helping families, business owners and retirees plan and achieve multiple goals. I help new clients make sense out of the multiple facets of their financial life and gain a better understanding of how everything works together in order to fulfill the strategy we have put in place. I am married and have two beautiful children. I enjoy spending my free time with my family. We love to travel and explore new destinations. We also love to go camping in the mountains. Our society today is filled with an abundance of distractions and responsibilities, and we value the time to unplug together as a family.
