5. We support the right of children to have a mother and a father if at all possible. No child should be intentionally brought into the world knowing that his or her caregivers are going to intentionally deny them their right to a father and a mother.
6. We support the rights of children to be protected from adult materials, events, and discussions and to not have adults pursue mutilating or destroying their natural bodies before they can make adult decisions for themselves.
7. We support the rights of parents to oversee the education of their children and determine what curriculum will or will not be included in their education.
8. We support merit, skills, and ability in our work over physical or ideological characteristics.
9. We support showing kindness and respect to others and giving back to our community.
10. We support police officers and first responders and pray for them to return safely to their families every day.
11. We support the First Amendment and the right to not have the government censoring free speech or spying on Americans without a warrant.
12. We support the Second Amendment and the right of every human being to defend their life, liberty, and property from anyone who would do them harm.
13. We support the right to have our national borders secure and our country protected from harm, including harms such as disease, drug trafficking, child trafficking, terrorism, and other menaces that come from not vetting all who enter our country.
If you prefer working with people who do not support these values, you are welcome to take your business elsewhere, but we will welcome you with open arms should you decide to use our services.

* Transitioned to new accounting software & trained staff
* Transitioned to new payroll provider
* Implemented new credit card and expense tracking system and trained staff on its use
