It took me a little over a week to post. However, I'm grateful to have had the opportunity to spend a few days in Denver, CO celebrating Executive Council with New York Life.

Qualifying for Executive Council was a meaningful milestone for me but what I appreciated most was having a chance to reflect on the people and relationships that made it possible.

To my clients, "thank you". Thank you for your trust and for allowing me to be a part of some very important conversations and decisions in your lives. I never take that responsibility for granted.

To my colleagues, mentors, friends, and everyone who has supported me (especially my wife Joy and my 4 wonderful children) along the way. "Thank you" for continuing to push me, encourage me, and help me grow.

And congratulations to all my fellow Executive Council members. It was great being surrounded by so many people committed to growing, serve their clients, and getting better at what they do.

Proud of this milestone. Grateful for the journey.
